Instructions
  1. Fry the blended onions for 5 minutes
  2. Add your blended ginger and let cook for another 5 minutes
  3. Add bony fish and shrimp powder and stir in the Maggie cube
  4. Lower the stove and let it simmer for another 20-30 minutes and add your can of tomato paste.

    Is there a way to make this without the tomato paste? I don’t like can food, can’t stand the “can” taste. Also, it seems like the paste will kill the pepper & shrimp tase

      Yes Adeola, you can do it without canned tomato paste. I add it for flavor, you can choose to not add it. Some people use the dried cayenne pepper but I choose to use fresh habaneros. Thanks for asking.
