Chana Savory Duck

Chana savory duck got its inspiration from a small town in the Northern part of Ghana called Chana. Chana is where my dad was born and raised. This is a recipe I created for our Christmas party my family and I enjoyed with some friends over. My Chana Savory Duck was the highlight of our Christmas lunch because everybody kept going for more; which left ┬áme thinking maybe I should’ve roasted two ducks instead of just one. At this moment, the Duck is gone.
