Jalapeno Beef Burger

Jalapeno Beef Burgers

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ground beef

1 Jalapeno pepper

1 Tbsp of salt

Cheddar cheese (optional)

1 Tomato

1/2 a bulb of onion

Start by chopping up your onions into little square pieces and set aside. Slice up your Jalapeno peppers into about 12 pieces and set aside. Using an ice cream scoop, fill the scoop with ground beef and place it on the onions repeat as many times as you want, one scoop = 1 burger. Place the onions in the middle of the scooped ground beef and mold it into a ball and flatten it. I repeated the process 6 times. Sprinkle a little of your salt on your meat and place them in a dry frying pan, the ground beef has enough fat in it. Fry the burgers for about 15 minutes and cut up a piece of your cheddar cheese and jalapeno slices on top of each of your burgers.

While you’re making the burgers butter your rolls and toast them slightly. Combine your lettuce and tomatoes and add to your burger and your Jalapeno burgers are now ready to be eaten.
